Returns

We do our very best to curate the best quality products for your loved ones.

As a result, we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out to our dedicated customer service team at service@ethicalpaws.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to find a solution.

Ethical Paws is our support partner who helps support our store so we can focus our time on serving our furry friends.

Damages and issues

While we try to package orders up as snugly as possible, sometimes accidents still happen. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, let us know as soon as you receive your order so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately a few types of items cannot be returned for obvious safety reasons. A few examples are perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as personalized items), and medications (such as prescriptions). We also cannot accept returns on gift cards. That said, if you have an issue with one of these items, please still reach out to [storefront_support_email] and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
